  • Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver worldwide.

  • How do I know that my order has been successful / shipped out?

You will receive order confirmation once we have received your order. Shipping notification will be sent to your email once items have been shipped.

  • Can I track my order online? / How can I track my order?

You can find your tracking number from the shipping notification which will be sent to your email as the order has been shipped.

  • How long is the delivery time?

Standard delivery time within Europe is about 3-5 working days depending on your country of origin.

Standard delivery time to the rest of the world is around 7-10 working days depending on your country of origin.

Kindly note that these estimated delivery times are estimates only from the date when you have received the shipping notification. Please do not contacts us before the mentioned period of time has passed.

  • What if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still don’t have my order?

Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If the shipping method of your order provides tracking you can track the location of your order by using the tracking number that was included in the shipping notification email that you have received.

  • Can I cancel / return my order?

You have a right to cancel your order but you must give us a written notice first so that we can send you instructions. This must be done within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Notice of cancellation must be given by email to starstable@wackes.com.

– Order number
– The reason why you want to to cancel / return the order

We will issue you with a full refund including the shipping costs when we have received the items. Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Return shipping will be at you own cost.

Please note that Your order will be invoiced in USD/EUR. When payment is made in another currency, we will use mid-rate of exchange in all transactions. We cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations in either direction even in the case of returns or exchanges.

  • Proceeding to Checkout with my iDevice results in a certificate error/prompt

When visiting shop.starstable.com with your iDevice’s Safari browser (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) you might have encountered a certificate error prompt when trying to enter the Checkout page. The reason for the prompt is that our SSL certificate provider godaddy.com’s server certificates are signed by an intermediate certificate which is not trusted by any iDevice by default, unlike most other devices and browsers. This is nothing to worry about. Click the “Continue” button to proceed normally with the checkout process.

  • Where can I find my Digital Gift Card?

Digital Gift Card is sent to the email address indicated as “recipient email” when ordering. If you have not received the gift card, please check your spam/junk mail folder for it.
